Three Gault&Millau Chef of the Year winners from the Netherlands and Belgium will cook together at RIJKS®️

Joris Bijdendijk is turning RIJKS®️ into a one-night stage for a rare kind of culinary alignment: three Gault&Millau Chef of the Year winners from the Netherlands and Belgium cooking side by side.

On Sunday, 22 March, he will bring together two of Belgium’s most celebrated chefs at RIJKS®️: Viki Geunes of Zilte in Antwerp (3* Michelin, 4 toques, 18.5/20 GM, Gault&Millau Chef of the Year 2009) and David Martin of La Paix in Brussels (2* Michelin, 4 toques, 17.5/20 GM, Gault&Millau Chef of the Year 2019). Joining forces with Bijdendijk, they will present a single, tightly choreographed menu, served at both lunch and dinner.

Guests can expect a generous progression: two refined snacks leading into six courses, a format designed to let Belgian gastronomy speak at full volume while being reinterpreted through three distinct sensibilities in one kitchen.
