Chef de Cuisine Marc Mahfouz takes over Botanical Kitchen with a limited-run Levantine menu shaped by memory, season and place. The menu leans into raw mezze and sun-kissed Levantine flavours, promising classic Levantine recipes elevated with contemporary flair.
The pop-up runs five nights a week, dinner service only. The menu is offered à la carte to maximise the number of dishes to be experienced in a true Levantine sharing way.
