The world of Chef's Table is stepping beyond the screen. This August, the acclaimed culinary platform launches its first-ever Chef's Table Festival, transforming Park City, Utah into a four-day celebration of food, hospitality and the people shaping contemporary gastronomy.
Running from 13 to 16 August 2026, the festival brings together more than 70 chefs from around the world across a programme of over 100 curated experiences. Restaurants, outdoor venues and dedicated event spaces throughout Park City will host collaborative dinners, live-fire cooking, tastings, masterclasses and conversations designed to place guests closer to the chefs behind them.
The inaugural edition features an international line-up spanning some of the most influential names in modern dining. Francis Mallmann, Virgilio Martínez, Dominique Crenn, Gaggan Anand, Massimo Bottura, Nancy Silverton, Grant Achatz, Kwame Onwuachi, Elena Reygadas, Santiago Lastra and Ana Roš are among the chefs confirmed for the festival, joined by dozens of others representing restaurants and culinary traditions from across the globe.

Rather than following a single festival format, Chef's Table Festival encourages guests to build their own itinerary. Experiences range from intimate chef collaborations and signature dinners to educational sessions, wellness activities, wine tastings and outdoor adventures, creating a programme that reflects both the diversity of today's food culture and the landscape that surrounds it.
Several signature events anchor the weekend, including the Chef's Table Family Reunion, where participating chefs come together for one collaborative evening, and the Grand Tasting, bringing together chefs, producers, wineries and artisans in a single showcase. Alongside these headline experiences, visitors can explore a wide selection of exclusive events available throughout the four days.
Park City provides more than a backdrop. Known for its mountain setting, independent food scene and year-round outdoor culture, the destination becomes an active part of the festival experience, reinforcing the event's focus on craftsmanship, hospitality and meaningful connections around the table.
Guests can choose from four ticket tiers—Signature, Premier, Elite and the limited Be A Chef package—each offering different levels of access, priority booking and exclusive programming. Concierge services are also available to help visitors tailor their festival schedule.
As Chef's Table expands from storytelling into live experiences, the inaugural festival represents a natural next step. By bringing celebrated chefs, memorable places and carefully curated events together over one weekend, it introduces a new gathering designed for diners who want to experience contemporary gastronomy beyond the restaurant dining room.
